12 Week Nutrition Programme
Initial nutrition consultation plus 11 weekly follow up consultations.
What’s involved: Prior to your initial consultation, you will be sent a health questionnaire to complete and return to me. Your initial nutrition consultation will last approximately 1 ½ hours and during this time we will go through your questionnaire in detail to gain a full healthy history, and a detailed picture of your current state of health and lifestyle. This helps to lay the foundations for your nutritional programme.
Your nutritional programme throughout the 12 weeks is geared towards educating, empowering and supporting you. Follow up consultations are approximately 30 minutes each and allow us to check your progress on a weekly basis (and, no this doesn’t have to involve a weekly “weigh-in”), meal plan together, amend your programme as needed, and introduce other changes as we go.
This is a combined at-home and online programme within a 5-mile radius of KT19, Epsom or can be carried out fully online.
12-week Transformation Programme
Consists of: Initial nutrition consultation plus 11 weekly follow up consultations, combined with 24 personal training sessions.
What’s involved: In addition to the nutrition programme (outlined above), you get personal training twice a week. Each training session is 1 hour and can involve a variety of options (see training) There is a strong coaching aspect to this programme so that you can feel fully supported and empowered throughout.
This is an at-home programme within a 5-mile radius of KT19, Epsom or can be carried out online.
Accountability Sessions and Mini Reviews
Following on from your programmes, you may want to check in every fortnight or month to keep a level of accountability and check any changes you might need for any supplements.
These sessions are held online and last approximately 30 minutes.Personal Training and Private Yoga
(minimum of four sessions and then booked on a monthly basis thereafter).
1 hour sessions take place in your home, garden or local outdoor space.Classes – Online and Face to Face
