You By Anthea takes a holistic approach to your wellbeing and health goals. Therefore both at home training and online training are available exclusively for nutrition clients and/or members of You By Anthea Together.

You don’t need loads of space nor equipment. You can work out indoors or outdoors, and I bring the equipment to you, or we use what you may already have.

Yoga practice is not just about stretching - it’s a great way to build strength and balance as well as flexibility for a healthy body.

The approach with yoga involves a different mindset to other training - encouraging you to work with your body. This can be a powerful way to support body confidence and in this way it works beautifully alongside other types of training. I specialise in working with beginners and anyone who may consider themselves the “non-yoga type”!

A meditative svasana at the end of each session is great to support stress management and relaxation.

A wide range of training is available for at home sessions and fun is always an important part of your sessions!

Bodyweight, kettlebells, TRX (suspension) training as well as Muay Thai (Thai boxing) and Animal Flow are some of the options that can form part of your programme.

Whether it has been a while since you were physically active, or if you are looking to further improve your fitness, all levels are catered for.
