Sometimes it can help to have a bit more of a structured programme just to get you started…. Try this 7 Day Kickstart!

This programme provides clear guidance to focus on each day, with a meal plan, workouts and a daily checklist for the week.

6-Week Online Kettlebells

This course is designed for anyone new to this equipment, or wanting to learn how to get the most out of it! A good foundation or intermediate level of fitness is recommended.

6 weeks is a guide, but at the content is yours for life, you can take it at your own pace, and repeat the workouts and tutorials anytime you wish.

6-Week Online Yoga

This vinyasa yoga course is designed for beginners, as well as more experienced yogis. 6 weeks is a guide, but you can take this at your own pace, returning to the videos and tutorials any time you want.

This course is ideal for anyone who doesn’t see themselves as the “typical yoga type”!

Live Classes and Courses

If you prefer the accountability and social aspects of attending an in person or online course, workshops or classes, then there are options for you!

Currently there are no scheduled classes or courses, but get in touch if you would be interested in a private yoga or Thai boxing session with up to 3 friends this summer in your own garden or home with some delicious, healthy treats to follow!
